High Top R & D

This one of kind ring was hand cast in the studio using the delft clay method. In this method, molten silver is poured into a void or impression that has been left in ‘delft clay’ sand. The resulting metal form is then cleaned up and in this case, been set with a few stones. 
The centre is a faceted Rhodolite garnet and the sides set with a mixture of grey diamond beads and white sapphires. 
The piece has also had texture added by hand carving using a variety of tools.
